Who we are

Creating value together,
growing change.

Tech Plus Love Foundation (TPL) was registered in Uganda in 2019 (Registration No. MIA/NB/2019/09/2850). It is a non-profit organisation based in Kampala, the capital of Uganda.

TPL was incubated by DBSA as a non-profit organisation focused on using technology to empower communities. Guided by the belief of “Creating Value Together, Growing Change,” TPL works in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a long-term focus on education, children and women’s development, food and nutrition, health, and community empowerment.

The Foundation has a core team of two Chinese members and six local young people. Many of them started as volunteers and have gradually grown into key members of the organisation. Working closely with communities, schools, local government and international partners, the team is committed to turning goodwill into real support for the people and communities who need it most.
